Do you not know that during a race each of the runners run, but just one gets the prize? Run in the sort of way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes within the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that won’t last, but we do it to get a crown a good way to last forever.

Students in 2nd grade to 8th grade are eligible to participate in cross country. We usually participate in about 8 to 10 meets a season. The races are 2K or 3K.
