The Max Read Scholarship Application

**The Max Read Scholarship Fund awards tuition scholarships each year to students enrolled in Little Flock Christian Academy in grades one through eight who have been a student at LFCA for at least one year and is currently enrolled for the upcoming school year. The number of awards is contingent upon available funds. In the spirit of the school's mission and philosophy, the applicant must have demonstrated: high academic achievement, exemplary attendance, participation in LFCA extracurricular activities, and continued service in their local church and community.

**Scholarships will be awarded on an annual basis and distributed directly to the student's tuition account. The Student must maintain a 3.5 grade point average in the 5 core subjects and attendance must be maintained above a 97%. Failure to maintain GPA and/or attendance standards will lead to forfeiture of scholarship.

**Each Scholarship will be a maximum of 50% of the tuition for a given year. Scholarships cannot be combined with any other LFCA discount. The greater savings will be used.

**Applications must be submitted by March 1 to be considered for the upcoming school year. Scholarships are not renewable. Students must re-submit applications each year for consideration. All information provided is confidential and will only be used by the scholarship committee to consider awards.
