Here is the new application for background checks. Complete and submit this form, then you will receive an email from Ministry Safe with a form to complete and submit. All employees, coaches, volunteers, and chaperones are required to submit this application. Please contact the school office to see if your approved background check is up to date. You also need to complete the yearly volunteer training which can be found under the Family Resources tab.
